  • Field Trips
  • Accounting

  • Newsletters
  • Publications
  • Management of operating funds & assets
  • Development of annual operating plan and budgets of GSN & Chapters

  • Propose Bylaw amendments to the Board of Directors
  • Draft Bylaws and any changes
  • Oversight of hired staff
  • Establish other GSN committees
